The main floor features a stunning cathedral ceiling, creating an open and airy space that connects the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. The space is bright and welcoming, with large windows that frame breathtaking views of the mountains and backyard.

The lower level is a hub for entertainment and relaxation. While the ceilings are slightly lower than average (under 7ft), the space is warm, cozy, and full of charm.

- Bathroom: A luxurious bathroom featuring a double shower.
- Living Area: Unwind in the second living room with a TV, board games, and a foosball table. Additional sleeping options include a sofa bed and space for an inflatable mattress.

Payment Schedule
- 50% of the total amount is due at time of booking.
- The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Security deposit
- A pre-authorization of $1000 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 3 days after departure
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
- 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
- 0% refundable if canceled after.
